What does back order mean?

Some items will be available on back order, this means that the item is in the process of being delivered to us from the factory but can take between 4-6 weeks. You can still order the item and we will send it out as soon as it arrives.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can, all you need to do is send an email to info@tinyangelsclothing.com with your order number, your name and address within 24 hours of placing your order. For more information please look at our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by either PayPal, Debit/Credit card or BACS (Bank Transfer), whatever you feel is easier.

Can I return an item?

Yes you can return an item, but it needs to be in the same condition in which you received it in and you also have to have a receipt. You can only return items within 14 days after we have sent out the item. Please visit our Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy for more information.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery times will depend on your location. Once payment is confirmed your order will be packaged within 48 hours. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days or for back orders and pre-orders 4-6 weeks.

Do I need an account and what are the benefits?

It’s not required to create an account. But, having an account provides easier checkout, the ability to create and send a wishlist, and a customized shopping experience.
